RV requirements

We have the responsibility to keep this park clean and usable for all who stay, so there are a few things you need to know.

All RVs must be in good cosmetic and structural condition (15 years or older require pre-approval by management)
No FEMA trailers are permitted
No tent camping permitted
No more than 2 vehicles per RV
RV must have a holding tank
Criminal background check for all adults 18 years and older (paid by park)

Park rules

We keep things simple so everyone can enjoy a clean, quiet park.

What we ask

– RV in good cosmetic and structural condition (15+ years requires approval)
– Holding tank required
– Sewer hose seal required (Texas state law)
– Max 2 vehicles per site
– Stay on the driveway — no driving on lawns
– Keep your lot clean
– Quiet hours 9pm–8am

Pets welcome

– Dogs on leash at all times
– Clean up after your pets
– No unattended pets outside
– Portable pens & kennels OK (no permanent structures)

Not allowed

– FEMA trailers
– Tent camping
– Window AC units (trip breakers)
– Pools, trampolines, swing sets
– Sheds, carports, storage buildings
– Air rifles, BB guns, fireworks
– Vehicle repairs on-site
– Laundry hanging outside

Payments & policies

– Cash, Zelle, ACH accepted (no fees)
– Credit/Debit accepted (3.5% processing fee)
– Full payment required at booking
– 3-night minimum on holidays
– $25 cancellation fee
– No refunds within 48 hours of check-in
– No refunds on holiday weekends
