RV Requirements

We have the responsibility to keep this park clean and usable for all who stay, so there are a few things you need to know.

  • All RV’s must be cosmetic and structurally in good condition (15 years or older must be pre-approved by management) 

  • No FEMA trailers are permitted

  • No tent camping permitted

  • No more than 2 vehicles per RV

  • RV must have a holding tank

  • Criminal background check for all adults 18-years and older (paid by park)

PARK RULES

Allowed

Nice outdoor patio furniture is acceptable.

Sewer hose seals are required for all sewer hookups – this is State Law!

Residents shall be responsible and held liable for the conduct of their guests while in the park.

A little landscaping is ok as long as it does not interfere with the lawn care provided by the park.

As of now we will only accept CASH or the Zelle app for payments of service.

Residents are held liable for any damage to property caused by the move-in/move-out of the RV.

Pets are allowed and If you have dogs you must pick up after them! Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Dogs may not be left outside unattended or be a nuisance to other residents.

Small portable dog fences and dog kennels are allowed, but no sheds, storage buildings, porches, carports of any kind!

Not Allowed

All lots must be kept clean at all times. No appliances, mattresses, or any type of clutter may be left outside of your lot.

Do not leave any food or anything poisonous such as antifreeze, oils, etc. that may hurt our animals. We love our animals!

No window units are permitted – they trip breakers!

No loud parties, radios, TV or other unnecessary noise or disturbances. No swimming pools, trampolines, swing sets permitted in the Park. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am.

Do not dump anything down the sink or toilet to help prevent septic issues.

Washing vehicles is not permitted. Do not allow water to run freely. If your RV has a water or sewer leak, take care of the leak immediately to prevent fines for access water usage.

Do not drive or park on the lawn at any time for any reason. Stay on the main driveway at all times.

Use of neighboring vacant lots for personal storage, parking, dumping trash, gardens, etc. is prohibited. No parking or storage of boats, camper shells, trailers, etc. on the property unless arrangements have been made with Management.

Disabled vehicles and vehicles without current registration or license plate parked within the community or repairs of vehicles, boats, motorcycles, and/or trailers is prohibited.

Air rifles, BB Guns, fireworks and/or sling shots are prohibited.

Illegal drugs or drug use of any form is prohibited on the property. Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund. Any information reported will be strictly confidential.

Tampering in any manner with electric power sources or hookups, removing electrical breakers, modifying or altering electrical box, running extension cords from a different power source hook up other than the one assigned is prohibited.

Using a greater electrical load than the RV is designed or approved for or otherwise causing a dangerous condition or a fire hazard.

No drying or hanging laundry, towels, rugs, comforters, etc. outside.
