Proration: If you move in before the 1st, your first partial month is billed at the weekly rate ($250/week) prorated daily until the 1st. Full monthly billing begins on the 1st.
How Electric Billing Works:
Your electric meter is read on the 25th of each month. Your actual usage is calculated and applied to your next month’s bill. Every monthly resident receives a $50 electric credit automatically.
Example:
Usage of $80 → you owe $30 ($80 minus $50 credit)
Usage of $45 → $0 electric charge (fully covered by the credit)
Payments accepted:
Cash — no fee
Zelle — no fee
ACH (bank transfer) — no fee
Credit / Debit Card — 3.5% processing fee
Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month.
How the Application Process Works:
Step 1 — Submit your application below
Fill out the form and upload a photo of your RV and any pets.
Step 2 — We review your application
We review your RV photos, run a background check, and confirm availability. You will hear back within 1–2 business days.
Step 3 — We contact you with approval
If approved we will call or text you to confirm your site, move-in date, deposit, and first payment.
Step 4 — Pay deposit and first payment
$150 deposit plus prorated first month due before or at move-in.
Step 5 — Move in
Check-in is at 2:00 PM. We will send you site instructions before arrival.
