RATES & PRICING
What are your current rates? Daily $55 per night | Weekly $250 per week | Monthly $500 per month. Monthly residents also receive a $50 electric credit applied to their bill each month.
Are rates the same for all site sizes? Yes. All sites are the same rate whether you are on a 35ft or 45ft pad.
Is there a processing fee for paying by card? Yes — a 3.5% processing fee is added to all credit and debit card payments. Cash, Zelle, and ACH (bank transfer) payments have no processing fee.
BOOKING & RESERVATIONS
How do I book a site? Book online at hlrvpark.com/booking — select your site, choose your dates, and pay in full at checkout. You can also call or text us at (903) 636-7490.
Do I have to pay in full when I book? Yes. Full payment is required at the time of booking for all daily and weekly reservations.
What payment methods do you accept? Cash, Zelle, and ACH (bank transfer) with no fees. Credit and debit card payments are accepted with a 3.5% processing fee..
What is your cancellation policy? $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. No refund within 48 hours of check-in. No refund on Holiday weekends. 3-night minimum required for Holidays and Special Events.

What time is check-in and check-out? Check-In: 2:00 PM | Check-Out: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Can I check in early or check out late? Early check-in and late check-out must be requested and approved by management in advance. Call or text (903) 636-7490 to request.
SITES & HOOKUPS
What does each site include? Every site includes water, sewer, electric (30/50 AMP), trash service, and Wi-Fi. All pads are asphalt-paved.
What is the difference between the site sizes? Spots 1-4 are 35ft x 12ft. Spots 5-12 are 45ft x 12ft. All sites have the same hookups and the same rate.
Are window AC units allowed? No. Window AC units are not permitted — they trip the breakers.
RV REQUIREMENTS
My RV is older than 15 years. Can I still stay? RVs 15 years or older require management pre-approval before arrival. Call or text (903) 636-7490 or email reservations@hlrvpark.com with your RV year, make, model, and a photo before booking.
Does my RV need a holding tank? Yes. All RVs must have a holding tank. No exceptions.
PETS
Are pets allowed? Yes. Dogs must be on a leash at all times, never left outside unattended, and owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
MONTHLY STAYS
How does electric billing work for monthly residents? Your electric meter is read on the 25th of each month. Usage is applied to your next month’s bill. Every monthly resident receives a $50 electric credit. Example: Usage of $80 means you owe $30. Usage of $45 means $0 electric charge.
What if I move in before the 1st? Your first partial month is billed at the weekly rate ($250/week) prorated daily until the 1st. Full monthly billing of $500 begins on the 1st.
